We begin with a free 30-minute phone call to understand your property, timeline, and goals. If we are a good fit, we schedule an on-site visit at your Lyon address.
During the visit, we assess each room, note architectural features, discuss your target buyer, and review comparable listings in your area.
Day 1 — Free phone call · 90-min visit (€280 if consultation-only)Within 3 business days, you receive a detailed proposal including a room-by-room staging plan, mood board with our dusty blue and wheat palette, furniture list, and a fixed-price quote in EUR.
We revise the proposal once based on your feedback at no extra charge.
Days 2–5 — Written proposal deliveredUpon acceptance, a 50% deposit secures your installation date. We coordinate furniture delivery, confirm access arrangements, and send a pre-installation checklist for any decluttering needed.
Days 5–10 — Deposit & schedulingOur team arrives with all rental furniture, artwork, textiles, and accessories. Installation typically takes one to two days depending on property size. We style every visible surface — from kitchen counters to bathroom shelves.
A final walkthrough with you (or your agent) ensures everything meets expectations before photography.
Installation day(s) — 1–2 days on siteOnce your property sells, we return to remove all rental items within 5 business days of your request. De-staging is included in all vacant staging packages for the initial 90-day rental period.
Extended rental beyond 90 days is available at €180/month per property.
