("Dahompurpu", "we", "us", "our") and any person or entity ("Client", "you") using our website dahompurpu.bond or engaging our home staging and interior styling services.

2. Services

Dahompurpu provides home staging, occupied staging, interior styling, and consultation services in the Lyon metropolitan area and surrounding communes. Service descriptions and pricing on this website are indicative. A binding quote is provided in writing following consultation.

All prices are quoted in EUR (€) and include TVA at the standard French rate of 20% unless otherwise stated.

3. Website Use

By accessing dahompurpu.bond, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or automated scraping tools
• Reproduce website content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting forms

4. Booking and Payment

Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proposal and 50% deposit. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (virement bancaire) and card payment.

• Deposit: 50% due at booking confirmation
• Balance: 50% due upon installation completion
• Consultation-only services (€280): full payment due at booking
• Late payment may incur interest at the legal rate applicable in France

5. Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before installation: Full deposit refund minus €50 administration fee
• 7–14 days before installation: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 7 days before installation: No refund; deposit retained
• By Dahompurpu: Full refund if we cancel for reasons within our control

6. Rental Period and De-Staging

Vacant staging packages include furniture rental for 90 days from installation date. Extended rental is available at €180/month. De-staging (removal of all rental items) is included within the initial rental period and must be requested within 5 business days of sale completion.

The Client is responsible for the condition of rental furniture during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear will be charged at replacement cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide safe, timely access to the property for consultation, installation, and de-staging
• Inform us of any property access restrictions, building regulations, or co-ownership rules
• Complete agreed decluttering before installation date
• Maintain adequate home insurance covering rental furniture during the staging period
• Notify us promptly of sale completion to schedule de-staging

8. Liability

Dahompurpu carries professional liability insurance covering our staging activities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruptions, or building access restrictions.

We do not guarantee a specific sale price or time-to-sale. Staging is a presentation service; market outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on dahompurpu.bond — including text, design, layout, and branding — is the property of Dahompurpu SARL and protected by French and international copyright law. Design plans and mood boards created for Client projects remain our intellectual property but are licensed to the Client for the duration of the staging project.

10. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and CNIL requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, retention, and your rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution within 30 days. Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.

Consumers in the European Union may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
